At EFVEO, we know what it means to move mountains, but we also understand the importance of relaxation. Last week, we put this into practice with a delicious barbecue together with our colleagues, while enjoying pleasant weather.
The afternoon started with a presentation of our plans for the second half of the year. It was inspiring to see how much we have already achieved and what steps we are still going to take. after this, it was time to enjoy a well-deserved barbecue. The food was delicious (thanks to Frederik and Benjamin for the logistics), the atmosphere relaxed and the company excellent. A glass (or more) was toasted to our joint successes.
At EFVEO, we do not have collective leave. We do this deliberately, to always be available to our customers and to give our employees the flexibility to choose their leave freely. In this way, we can optimally respond to our customers' needs and ensure that everyone can plan their holidays in the way that suits them best.
